Show
up on time -
There are a number of ways you can find out the time when the
movie will begin.
It is your responsibility to manage your time well. Showing up five or ten minutes after the
movie has begun is disruptive and rude. There is a reason
why you come early; it is to socialize with friends you haven't
seen in quite some time or make new ones. Movies are generally
more fun when shared with others you know. Come fifteen to
thirty minutes early to get good seating and find some of your
friends.
If
you can't show up on time, then you may wish to consider attending
another time or even a different movie if one
is available.
On the other hand, showing up during the previews and/or
commercials is acceptable. Those are intended
for short attention spans anyway.
