Well known as the definitive source for Merrill family history, this book is highly sought after since there were very few published and republished. You may now choose from the two available Acrobat copies (734 pages) and they are now searchable due to OCR technology. You may also visit sections in the book on Merrill heraldry and Wherstead, England. • All files are in Adobe Acrobat format.A Sketch of the History of Newbury, Newburyport and West Newbury from 1635 to 1845 by Joshua Coffin in 1845. An excellent source of information on this early history of Massachusetts encompassing not only the Merrill family but also most of the allied families. book in possession of web editorx2

• All files are in Adobe Acrobat format.Celebration of the Two Hundred and Fiftieth Anniversary of the Settlement of Newbury by the Historical Society of Newbury in 1885 (165 pages). Commemoration of the settlement of Newbury with the first century held in 1735, the citizens of Newbury, Newburyport and West Newbury set to creating a process of celebrating this anniversary.
