Community Communication's History series books showcase selected communities and their unique blend of the past with the citizens, industries and businesses who have grown with the areas. These 9" x 12" (22.8 x 30.4 centimeters) hardbound editions tell the story of each community's beginnings, trials, and successes, and are written by prominent local authors with inside knowledge of each community. Hundreds of historical photographs are intertwined with historical editorial that together capture the spirit of the community.

Select community enterprises are invited to include their corporate and historical profiles in dedicated chapters in which pages are sold by Community Communications representatives during a pre-production sales campaign.

Public demand for these books is keen and distribution is accomplished by direct mail and conventional sales through bookstores, gift shops, historical associations, and department stores.
